DT Midstream closes on Millennium acquisition
DT Midstream said October 7 it had closed on its previously-announced plan to acquire an additional 26.25% interest in Millennium Pipeline from British multinational National Grid for $552mn.
The acquisition, financed with cash on hand and available debt instruments, increases DT’s equity interest in Millennium to 52.5%.

Millennium is a 423-km interstate pipeline that delivers Marcellus and Utica natural gas to utility and power plant markets in across New England and in New York state.
