E.On Appoints New CFO
German energy group E.ON has appointed Marc Spieker as a member of its management board and its future chief financial officer. He will join the board on January 1 to take over from current CFO Michael Sen on April 1.
Marc Spieker has been with E.ON for almost 15 years and most recently was in charge of corporate restructuring and this autumn's Uniper spin-off.

Sen is leaving E.ON. Citing the company, Reuters reported that his former employer Siemens had asked him to return to take up a senior role in the company's healthcare division.
Sen joined E.ON in 2015 after a long career at Siemens including as its healthcare divisional CFO from 2008 until 2015. It's not yet clear if he will remain on the Uniper supervisory board.
