According to Strike, initial logs show the well encountered 183 m of the Kingia Sandstone, with a net pay of 32 m. It said the results are above the average across the various North Perth basin gas discoveries in Western Australia. The company will conduct additional wireline logging to procure fluid samples and pressures across the formations.
